Q: The team is doing some work at the Lighthouse stage so that (just like during the Music Jam) we'll be able to hear certain instruments when we play there. What do you think?

A: I'm glad. However, I personally like seeing the songs that penguins play and sing all over Club Penguin even more.

Q: Do you play any instruments? Got any quick tips to share with other musically inclined penguins?
A: Yep, I can play a few - the alto saxophone, a few percussion instruments, but my all-time favorite is the piano. To any of you who play real instruments, keep it up! Find a song and see if you can learn how to play it, or even try and compose your own music. All of Club Penguin's music is made by someone, and maybe someday that someone could be you!

New Club Penguin Servers

So we were on club Penguin, and we've found new servers! One's called Dry Ice anothers called Snow covered and the last ones are called Patagonia, Glacial and Sasquatch! Wow! So I guess cp's getting bigger!!! Cool!

Even though the Music Jam is officially done, some of the party music will be available in your igloos this Friday. To get ready for the new tracks, check out the latest Better Igloos catalog (it came out just over a week ago), and then decorate with some music items to keep your own party going!

So Here's a quick list of some of the things we don't want you to miss at the party:

• If you have an instrument, then you should go to the Lighthouse stage! If you play your drums, tuba, trombone, or any guitar, you can actually hear what you're playing. Just wear the instrument (only the instrument and no other items) and dance!

• The Underground Cave has a floor piano! Step on a key. Oh, and the switch on the wall lets you hear other penguins!

• There are musical icicles in the Mine. Mouse over them!

• Battle of the Bands at the Snow Forts! The stages are connected to a meter and the one with the most penguins wins!

• The Music Maker 3000 is back! Last year it was in the Dojo but this time it's near the Snow Forts. Bring some friends and play giant musical instruments.

• Keep checking out the big stage at the Dock as it plays music from all of the other stages. (It's also the entrance to the Backstage.)

So, the music jam continues. I mannaged to get 2 backrounds! Chech them out, One from Penguin Band and one from candance! Check it out.

Severs suggested to look for them – Frozen, Sleet, Snowmobile, Mammoth, Abominable, Winterland, and Yuki.

How To Find Penguin band in 6 Easy Steps

1. They are always Together there names are G Billy, Stompin Bob, Franky, and Petey K.
2. They are only found in The backstage and probably Coffee Shop I guess.
3. They are always heavily crowded by other people.
4. They are always on crowded severs such as Frozen, Mammoth, and Abominable.
5. They will always give an Autographed Background.
6. Always and try your best if youu don’t meet them there will be other times but just remember GIVE IT A SHOT!

It Looks Easy To Find THe penguin Band But Its Not! So Give It Your Best Shot!

You’ll find a whole music catalog if you walk over to the box of instruments. It also has cheats.

Click the “I” for snare drums and drumsticks. Click the “O” for the black electric guitar.

Update!

The Music Jam Party starts this Friday and there are some amazing band rehearsals happening all over the island. It's so cool to see you guys getting ready. I saw the pic of the Lighthouse from Billybob's Monday post - pretty impressive. It made me so excited to actually see the party and I wanted to talk to someone on the team who worked on the decorations.

Q: I know there are a lot of different music stages for this party. Which one was the most fun to work on?
A: All the stages were great to work on, but if I had to pick a favorite I'd say the big stage at the dock. It changes themes throughout the party.

Q: How did you come up with all the different decorations?
A: The focus was kept on two things, music stages and things that make noise. So there are different stages, but also some cool noise-making surprises!

Q: I heard rumors about a chocolate fountain in one of the backstage areas. Is that true?
A: Wait! There's a chocolate fountain Backstage!?!? Golly, look at the time, I better. . . umm. . . get back to work. . . at the Backstage. . .

Party starts Friday! Have fun and let us know what you think of how the island looks!

Music Jam Update (& a contest coming...)

There's a lot of creativity happening on the island right now! Music Jam starts this Friday and we've seen some pretty awesome band rehearsals taking place.

In Other News: Some of you might remember the Penguin Tales writing contest from last year. Starting July 23 - August 5 we're going to be looking for new submissions! This year is exciting because it's the first time that French, Spanish, Portuguese and English can all submit in their own languages. Everybody can start sharpening their pencils and thinking about some of the activities and adventures you've been having during the 101 Days of Fun... I'll have more details soon.

When the team was talking about the 101 Days of Fun activities, they wanted to include something called Penguins Around the World where you could showcase pictures of your penguins and puffles in cool places.

The costume catalog for the Ruby and the Ruby play is filled with some really cool detective clothing. There’s also one secret hidden item, the Dark Detective’s Coat. Here’s how to get it: go to the page with the guy in the blue suit standing next to the bellhop. Click on the doorknob behind him and you will get the Dark Detective’s Coat.

Ruby and the Ruby has returned to the Club Penguin Stage. This is one of my favorite plays in Club Penguin. It’s a 1930’s detective story and the play is entirely in black and white. It follows the story of a detective named Jacque Hammer and a woman named Ruby. It’s really fun.

So you know how I wrote an eariler article in getting back old pins heres how to get the ruby pin!

There is a secret ruby pin hidden in the stage. To get it, you have to click on a number of different things in exact order. Here’s what to do.

1. Click on the file cabinet in the office.
2. Click on the lamp on the desk near the front.
3. Click on the garbage can in the alley in the back.
4. Click on the book on the same desk as the lamp you clicked before.
5. Click on the flower vase on the table in the living room
6. Click on the painting on the wall, which reveals a safe
7. Click on the combination lock on the safe to open it and reveal the red ruby pin!
